Body and Health

“Treat your body like a temple, not a woodshed.” ~ Jim Rohn

This section is all about the Body and Health. Learn tips and ideas to maintain health by making simple everyday choices for taking care of your body, inside and out!

Plus, I’ll share how I’m healing from Rheumatoid Arthritis/Autoimmune and living a better life!

I will share all that I have learned on my health journey, things like:

  • Food Stuff ~ the good and the bad
  • Food Ingredients ~ what to stay away from
  • Green Drinks ~ get more greens that taste great
  • Juicing ~ how and why to juice
  • Water ~ there is more to choose from than you think
  • Supplements ~ what to look for on labels
  • Moving the Body ~ energy medicine, tai chi, qigong, t-tap
  • Auto-Immune/Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) ~ how I improved my RA
  • and other topics related to the body!

I have learned a lot on my journey to improve my Body and Health and have had some fantastic results along the way too!!!

I’m so happy to share with you how I’m changing my food choices from the Standard American Diet, which is full of sugar, salt, unhealthy fats, preservatives, and over-processed.

Better food choices like going dairy-free, grain-free, and gluten-free have made a significant difference in how my body feels!

Therefore, by making different food choices, you can have less pain and more energy, no matter what you’re dealing with… Yippee!!!

Also, I’ll share how your Body and Health are affected by your thoughts and how working really hard at getting well may actually prevent you from improving!

Lastly, how learning to move the energies in your body, with Energy Medicine, you can have more flexibility and less pain overall. Energy Medicine was the missing link for me!

Here’s to our best Body and Health,
